Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using any RewardRiot game (“Service”) you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Service for entertainment purposes only.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• One (1) account per natural person
• You must provide a valid e‑mail address and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by local law in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Fair‑use rules (no cheating)

You **may not**:

• Create or control multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages;
• Use bots, scripts, macros, emulators or similar tools;
• Exploit bugs or unintended features;
• Harass, threaten, or spam other players;
• Sell, rent, or trade accounts or in‑game items.

RewardRiot may investigate, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Virtual items & progression

Virtual items or progression achieved inside the games have no real‑world monetary value. We may change drop rates, balance, or remove virtual items at any time for fairness or technical reasons

6. Updates & downtime

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Planned maintenance will be announced in‑app or by e‑mail when feasible.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account by uninstalling the app and requesting deletion. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms.

Upon account deletion, personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as‑is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, RewardRiot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

RewardRiot and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via e‑mail or in‑app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
